Conditions:
- A separate form must be used for each registration.
- Only fully paid and correctly completed registrations will be processed.
- Persons requiring dual room occupancy accommodation, in any form, must notify the name
of the person that they will be sharing their accommodation with at the time of
registration.
Registration will only be processed on receipt
of registration forms from both persons.
- Working Spaces 4 program choices will be
allocated in the order that they are received.
Should the first choice
be unavailable the next available preference will be allocated.
Multiple
registrants (up to 3 persons) from the same organisation are requested to
choose different Working Spaces. Session duplication will only be accepted when
the registration exceeds 3 people.
- The nominated registrant(s) may be changed without penalty until Friday 13 August 2010. Session topics initially selected cannot be changed and will be transferred to the new registrant. An administration fee of $50.00 per person will apply from 13 August to Friday 24 September. All changes must be in writing accompanied by the fee.
Change of the nominated registrant(s) may be accepted after 24 September at the discretion of the Chapter. In such circumstances the new registrant assumes for the purposes of the conference ‘the identity’ of the person(s) that they replace.
- Cancellations must be in writing. A fee of $150.00 per person will apply to cancellations received on or before Friday 16 July 2010. No refunds will be made after this date.
- We will communicate with you by telephone, post, or email, or any combination thereof. Whilst every effort will be made on our part to ensure delivery we are unable to accept responsibility for incorrect advice or non-receipt or non-delivery by third parties.
- Insurance coverage for loss of all or part of any fees or charges related to Working Spaces 4 are the responsibility of the registrant.
